Privacy Policy — Selloptix Meesho Importer

Selloptix Meesho Importer is a browser extension that lets a Meesho seller import their own Meesho order, payment and return data into their Selloptix account with one click. This page explains exactly what the extension does with data.

What the extension accesses

• Your Meesho export files. When you click a Sync button, the extension asks Meesho's own export APIs (on supplier.meesho.com) to generate your orders, payments and returns files, using the Meesho session you are already logged into. The generated file is downloaded from Meesho's file host (storage.googleapis.com).
• A Selloptix connection token. When you connect the extension, Selloptix issues a token that authorises uploads to your own account. It is stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local), along with your name, email and store list for display in the popup.

How the data is used

• Downloaded Meesho files are uploaded only to your own Selloptix account, over HTTPS, to produce your dashboards and reports.
• The extension does not read, collect or transmit any data unrelated to this task (no browsing history, no other sites, no keystrokes).

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to running Selloptix.
• We do not use your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
• The extension does not load or run any remote/third-party code.

Data storage & retention

• The connection token and profile details live in your browser only, and are removed when you click Disconnect or remove the extension.
• Imported order/payment/return data is stored in your Selloptix account and is governed by Selloptix's service terms. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Permissions we request

• storage — to keep your Selloptix connection token and store list in the browser.
• Access to supplier.meesho.com and storage.googleapis.com — to request and download your Meesho export files.
• Access to selloptix.com — to connect the extension and upload your files to your account.
